An integral part of the H4H Program is the education component. This can be tailored through using the sport of basketball to incorporate healthy lifestyle messages.

A focus of the program has been on providing information to Aboriginal youth but it is not limited to this group.

The recently released C the Goal DVD has provided participants in the program with a resource that features Anthony Mundine and other H4H All Stars It has a segment specifically on Hepatitis C information, however it encompasses encouraging healthy lifestyle choices.

The H4H Program also has a number of other resources to enable us to achieve our goal of improving healthy lifestyle choices for whoever participates in the Program.
