The Challenge The first Hoops 4 Health Challenge was held in June 2006. The Challenge is the culmination of two days of health promotion and health education messages to people around Darwin. Through the use of high profile basketballers and athletes, we anticipate the Challenge to be another vehicle to raise awareness of the specific health theme, this years them is C the Goal which is about managing and minimising the effects of Hepatitis C. The Challenge will conclude with a basketball game between the Hoops 4 Health All Stars and players from the Northern Territory. |
